Welcome everyone, thanks for checking us out, your support is treasured. Here I’ll be offering weekly healing online Yoga classes and the all natural Apothecary items I've customized for our vibrant community. For those of you who don’t already know me, please thank whoever sent you my way, I am so appreciative. 

I have been teaching yoga for over a decade and practicing for over twenty years. Teaching Hatha, Flow, Restorative, Nidra and Meditation. I teach all classes intuitively, no two classes are the same. Like dancing or great conversation, yoga too should be a natural and authentic experience, everytime, for everybody. Perfection goes out the window with this practice. Instead we allow the organic flow to reveal what we need to become concious of. Eachtime we come together, we do what feels right for ourselves, in our own body. There is no expectation, only softening and expansion...
